Human Resources Policy

I.N.C. Corporation recognizes that our employees, with their unique skills and capabilities, are one of our most valuable resources. We recognise that our success is intrinsically bound with the success of our people.

In recognition of our interdependence, we aim to establish a positive, performance-based culture for business success. We expect that the relationship between the company and all employees will be based on mutual respect and a positive and constructive attitude.

We expect all employees will demonstrate initiative and make a strong contribution to the success of the organization. In return, we will reward employees for their demonstrated achievements.

We believe that work should be a positive influence on the personal lives of all employees. We believe that work should not interfere with our employee’s responsibilities to their families and friends.

In support of these objectives, I.N.C. employees are expected to ensure, through their own daily activities, that these activities are positively reinforced.

Our Policies and Procedures are documented in our Employee Manual, which is issued to all employees.
