FFT (Formed Fiber Technologies), based in Sidney, Ohio, manufactures patented DECI-TEX(r) products under license to I.N.C., and supplies these to OEMs in the USA, under a non-exclusive agreement.
Based on new I.N.C. technology (patent application pending), FFT won contracts for high-performance acoustic insulation on new automobiles in the US market from 2006.
Pyrotek manufactures and distributes I.N.C. acoustic materials, under license, to general industrial markets, in addition to their own range of acoustic materials. Pyrotek acquired this segment of business from I.N.C. in 2004, allowing I.N.C. to focus on core activities of continueddevelopment of DECI-TEX(R) acoustic textiles, and marketing to preferred markets: automotive, HVAC, whitegoods and Commercial Interiors.
